Yummy Chicken Wings
Super easy to make for the weekday dinner or for a dinner party. Toss all the ingredients together and throw into the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
2.5 to 3 lbs of Chicken Wings
2 tbs Hoisin Sauce
2 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tbs Sesame Oil
1 tsp salt
Optional addition: 2 tbs honey or 2 tbs Korean Kochuchung
Garnish: sesame seeds, spring onion sliced diagonally
Preheat oven to 425F. Mix the chicken wings with all the ingredients and place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil (oiling the aluminum foil is helpful). Bake for 35 minutes, turning half way. If you used honey, watch carefully so that the wings don't char too quickly or stick. Once done, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
